About the Event
Nutrition facts, diet plans, and the latest health food trends can be an overwhelming source of information on what to eat (and not to eat!) Eating healthy food is definitely important, but so is how, when, and why you eat it. Eating goes beyond the physical and in this workshop we will discuss how the mental and spiritual aspects of eating play an essential role in overall wellness and in the walk of faith.
