At Fordham Manor, LIFE GROUPS are the best place for sustained life changes to occur.
The mission of LIFE GROUPS is to help you grow a relationship with Jesus Christ by creating an open and accepting environment where you can explore faith and experience community. LIFE GROUPS are the ideal small group for those with questions about faith and those who want to learn more about the Bible and Christianity through theological studies.
In LIFE GROUPS people:

Study God’s Word and discuss the issues and challenges of life

Pray together
-
Care for one another, and are missed if they don’t show up.
We place an emphasis on LIFE GROUPS. It’s how we minister effectively as staff and elders of such a large church. We meet in a comfortable church space for fellowship, Bible study, prayer, and accountability.

GRIEFSHARE with Deacon Carmen
GriefShare is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one. MON - 6pm to 8pm (via Zoom)
MEN LIFEGROUP with Pastor Joe
Group will have a short devotion for first 15 minutes. Last 15 minutes will in praying for needs. THURS - 8:15pm to 8:45pm (via Zoom)
MEN & WOMEN LIFEGROUP with Chris, Stan, Joanna, Andrea & Anisah
Group will be discussing Balancing Life's demands as a Christian.
TUES - 7pm to 8:30pm (via Zoom)
WOMEN LIFEGROUP with Satara
Group will be discussing Balancing Life's demands as a Christian.

MEN & WOMEN LIFEGROUP with Deacon Miti
Group will be discussing the past Sunday’s sermon.
WED - 10am to 12pm (Meeting in person in the little house next to the church)
HUNGER FOR HEALING with Deacon Joe and Sailor
Hunger for Healing is a Christ centered, 12 step recovery program for anyone struggling with hurt, pain or addiction of any kind. Group will be discussing Steps to Freedom in Christ. THURS - 6pm to 8pm (In-Person & via Zoom)
YOUNG ADULTS LIFEGROUP (Ages 18 - 29) with Deacon Justin & Hilary
Group will pray and be discussing discussing lust and purity.
THURS - 7pm to 8:30pm (In-Person & via Zoom)
WOMEN LIFEGROUP with Ludy
Group will be discussing the Soul Care series. THURS - 7 PM-8:30 (via Zoom)
COUPLES LIFEGROUP with Rev Ron, Sister Shon, Stan and Satara
Group will be discussing - DRIFTING APART: This is a 6 week session & this platform is open for active couples & even single people who may be interested or considering in getting into a relationship. FRI - 7pm to 8:30pm (via Zoom) (NOT MEETING THIS SEASON)

Group will be discussing The Emotionally Healthy Woman.

COUPLES LIFEGROUP
The Engage Couples Ministry offers groups to help couples at every stage by:

helping young couples prepare to succeed in marriage through sound godly teaching

encouraging healthy marriages to continue to thrive with enrichment from God’s Word

assisting marriages that are working through a difficult season with sound counsel.
It is important to get the right start on your marriage. For this year, it's important to get pre-marital help often speaks to where you are, and gives you insight into what to expect when you get married.
Pastor Joe is a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) pre-marital counselor. You can build your marriage on more than hope and a prayer. The SYMBIS and SYMBIS+ Assessments give you a personalized road map to making your marriage everything it was meant to be. Pastor Joe will meet you to help you lay a solid foundation for your marriage based on godly principles.
